Program Description

The Swift Capital Solutions LLC Messaging Program sends messages related to business funding inquiries, application follow-up, document reminders, appointment coordination, status updates, and customer care. Only where you have separately consented, we may also send marketing or service updates.

How to Opt In

The only website opt-in path for text messaging is the secure LeadConnector Chat Widget embedded on swiftcapitalsolutions.com (visible as the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of every page). To opt in, open the chat widget, provide your mobile number, and agree to the following consent language displayed adjacent to the widget:

“By providing my phone number to Swift Capital Solutions LLC, I expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Swift Capital Solutions LLC regarding my business-funding inquiry, including application follow-up, document requests, appointment coordination, status updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Message Types & Examples

  • Application follow-up — e.g., “Hi [Name], this is Swift Capital Solutions. Following up on your funding inquiry. Reply here to continue. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • Document reminders — e.g., “Reminder: we still need your last 3 months of business bank statements to complete review. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • Appointment coordination — e.g., “Confirming your call with Swift Capital tomorrow at 2:00 PM ET. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt-Out (STOP)
